Description

This function appends a param to the view.

The `end()` iterator is invalidated.

u.encoded_params().append( { "first", "John" } );

Linear in `this‐>url().encoded_query().size()`.

Strong guarantee.

Calls to allocate may throw. Exceptions thrown on invalid input.
